Midwest Service Bureau, LLC (MSB) is a locally owned and operated Kansas corporation based out of Wichita. Established in March of 1970 with a staff of 2, we have substantially grown and currently employ over 35 individuals today.
We currently recognize annual referrals in excess of $45 million from local, regional, and national accounts, servicing clients across all industries with the majority being medical and financial institutions.
Our longevity in this industry is a testament to how we do business: with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to results. We treat every account holder with dignity while working diligently to recover what is owed to our clients.
Experienced Management Team
MSB was founded by Micki Kell, who serves as President and Owner. With over 40 years in the collection industry, Micki has held every position within the company and is widely sought after as a trainer and speaker. She regularly hosts collection industry training webinars and is recognized as a leading voice in ethical debt recovery practices.
Our management staff averages 20 years of tenure, and our team brings over 100 years of combined collection experience. We are staffed entirely by U.S.-based professionals offering multilingual coverage in English, Spanish, Arabic, and Dutch.
