Midwest Service Bureau, LLC (MSB) was founded in Wichita, Kansas in 1970 and is headquartered there today. MSB currently employs over 35 people.

Client Portal Reporting
Every client gets access to our secure client portal, with account status and payment history for every account placed.
EHR & Billing File Exchange
MSB accepts placement files from any EHR or billing export and returns payment files; custom feeds are set up during onboarding. We accept files exported from Epic, Cerner (Oracle Health), athenahealth, MEDITECH, eClinicalWorks and other systems. Custom file layouts, scheduled SFTP feeds and database exports typically take 5–10 days to set up. Once set up, scheduled file transfers carry placements to us and payment files back to you, cutting manual data entry and reducing errors.
Compliance Controls
Regulation F contact-frequency limits, permitted calling hours, and HIPAA access controls are part of our compliance program, backed by staff training and compliance review of flagged calls.

Omar Taha is the Chief Executive Officer of Midwest Service Bureau, the debt collection agency founded in Wichita, Kansas in 1970. With over 15 years in accounts receivable management, Omar leads MSB's technology-driven, compliance-first approach to ethical debt recovery across healthcare, commercial, municipal, and education clients.
